Privacy Policy

Unshakeables ("we", "us") is operated by Yuval Barak, an individual based in Rishon LeZion, Israel. This policy explains what data we collect when you use this website (including the Coach and the contact form), why, where it's processed, and how to reach us about it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Yuval Barak is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any question, request, or concern about your data, contact:

This is the only contact channel we publish for privacy matters.
2. What we collect
- Coach conversations. Messages you send to Coach, and Coach's replies, are stored so a conversation can continue across a session. If you choose to give an email address inside the chat, it's stored so you can be recognized on return.
- Contact form. Name (optional), email, and your message, submitted when you use the contact form.
- Waitlist / "notify me" signups. Email, and first/last name if you provide them.
- Technical and abuse-prevention data. A hashed version of your IP address (not the raw IP) and basic request metadata (like your browser's user agent), used to enforce rate limits and stop abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile, our bot-verification tool, also processes signals from your browser to confirm you're human; see the Cookie Notice for details.
- Aggregate site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure page views and load performance without cookies and without identifying individual visitors — see the Cookie Notice.
We don't ask for and you should never share identifying documents (ID or passport numbers), full names tied to sensitive matters, bank or card numbers, or passwords in the chat or contact form.
3. Why we process it, and our legal basis
- To run the Coach conversation and let you continue it across messages — necessary to provide the service you asked for.
- To respond to contact form messages — necessary to provide the service you asked for.
- To send waitlist/launch updates if you sign up for them — your consent, given when you submit that form.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service running (rate limits, bot checks) — our legitimate interest in operating the site securely.
- To understand aggregate traffic and performance — our legitimate interest in improving the site; this uses cookieless, non-identifying tools only.
4. How long we keep it
- Coach messages: raw conversation content is kept for 30 days, then automatically deleted. Aggregate session metadata (such as a hashed IP and message counts, with no message content) may be kept longer for abuse prevention and service statistics.
- Contact form messages: kept as long as needed to respond and keep a record of correspondence, and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
- Waitlist signups: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until launch communications are no longer relevant.
5. Who else processes your data
We use a small number of service providers ("processors") to run this site. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Where data leaves the EU/Israel to a provider in the United States, that transfer relies on that provider's own safeguards — such as Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework — set out in each provider's own privacy and data-processing terms.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict some processing. To exercise any of these, email admin@unshakeables.co. We'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
7. Children
This site is intended for visitors aged 16 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
