This page lists every cookie and similar storage technology this site uses. All of them are strictly necessary to run the site or verify you're human — none are used for advertising, marketing, or tracking you across other websites. Because none of them require your consent under applicable law, we don't show a cookie-consent banner. You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so may stop the Coach chat or contact form from working correctly.

3. Analytics — no cookies used
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see aggregate traffic and page-load performance. Both are built to run without setting any cookie: visitors are identified only by a hash generated from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours, and no individual browsing session can be reconstructed. Because no cookie or persistent identifier is set, no consent is required for these under the ePrivacy Directive.
4. Why no consent banner
Under the ePrivacy Directive (Article 5(3), implemented across the EU) and equivalent rules elsewhere, consent is required before storing non-essential cookies. Cookies used only to keep a service secure and functioning — like session cookies and bot-verification cookies — fall under the "strictly necessary" exemption and don't require consent, though they must still be disclosed, which is what this page does. Since every cookie on this site fits that exemption, and our analytics tools set no cookies at all, no consent banner is shown.
